Every pregnant woman knows the struggle of finding great maternity clothes. It can be hard enough to pull together a small selection of every day outfits that you feel comfortable in, but the struggle really becomes real when you have a special occasion to attend and nothing nice that fits over your bump. I recently had a maternity photo shoot booked in with the lovely Rebecca Frost Photography which I was so excited for but also totally stumped as to what I was going to wear to make me feel special on the day. That’s where Tiffany Rose Maternity stepped in. Tiffany Rose sell a beautiful selection of maternity dresses, from gorgeous and stylish day wear to ‘the dress of your dreams’ bridal wear.
I found it so hard to choose my dresses from the website and spent hours deciding which outfits I wanted to set the tone for my photo shoot. In the end I went for a gorgeous kimono style maxi dress and also an ivory lace short wedding dress. I know it was totally extra to get a wedding dress for a photo shoot but it was just too beautiful to resist! I also chose a really sweet black day dress which I didn’t use for the photo shoot but am looking forward to wearing out for a nice lunch or dinner out one day when the weather finally decides to be Summer.
The dresses arrived in the most luxurious glossy box and each dress was wrapped in quality tissue paper. On the inside of the box is a paragraph of information about the brand, their motto is ‘Proud to be British and I can certainly see why they are proud of their dresses. Every garment is designed and made in Britain and there is absolutely no doubt about the quality of the fabrics used in the dresses or how well thought out the designs are. All of the dresses that I ordered were flattering when I first received them at about 18 weeks pregnant and later when I wore them for the shoot at 28 weeks. I’m so impressed by that as it can be impossible to find flattering outfits to suit a bump, and even harder to find something that will look amazing through each stage of pregnancy.
If you’re looking for an outfit to make you feel a million dollars then I can’t recommend Tiffany Rose enough. Not only are their dresses totally stunning but their customer service is also fantastic. I was unsure as to what size dresses I would need but after a quick email and sending my measurements across, they helped me to find the perfect fit. I’ve never felt more glamorous and confident during pregnancy as I did when I was wearing the dresses from Tiffany Rose and the photos I have from the shoot are ones I will treasure forever.
The two dresses featured in this post are: Noelle Ivory Wedding Dress and Kimono Maxi Dress. For reference I am wearing a Size 1 which is designed to fit a pre-pregnancy 8-10 and the dresses fitted perfectly (even over my seriously pregnant boobs!).
