Valentines Gift Guide

February 10, 2019

It’s that time of year again. V-Day is upon us once more, and bringing with it the old age question of what to buy for your loved one. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a problem I know I am lucky to have, but still, it can be so hard to think of new ideas each year!

I’ve been on the hunt for some lovely gift ideas and I think I’ve found some gems, so hopefully there will be something within this post to inspire you too. And you still have plenty of time to order a present or to go hunting in the shops! I’ve also decided to run a Valentines giveaway as a gift from me to you all, so stay tuned until the end of the post for more details.

A Personalised Gift

Gift Pup is a website that I mention time and time again because I just love their products. They have personalised gifts for any occasion you could think of and at such affordable prices too! When I saw this cheese board, I just fell in love. We all know I love a pun, and when it’s a cheese related one I really don’t know what more you could ask for! I’m excited to load this up with cheese, crackers and chutney, and then scoff the whole lot as I have been blessed with a boyfriend who is a ‘cheddar only’ kind of guy. I would judge him for his tastes but I didn’t want to share anyway…

Baylis & Harding Gift Set

I included the Baylis & Harding Gift Sets in my Christmas Gift Guides, but this new collection released for SS19 deserves another mention. The new scent is Pink Prosecco & Elderflower and I don’t really think that I need to say any more about that. It smells divine. They have a range of products in the new scent including a gorgeous gift set, bubble bath and hand wash. I’m pretty sure you could give the lady in your life anything from this collection and make her day! I’m obsessed with it all, but in the spirit of giving and for the season of love I have decided to run a giveaway with these products. Keep reading to find out how to enter.

Cacti Love Hearts

I don’t know about you but I’ve definitely never seen a cactus this cute! You can pick up one of these insanely instagrammable beauties at Dobbies Garden Centre for only £4.99 and it will be sure to bring a smile to your Valentine’s face this week. Being a succulent it is easy to look after too so it would be a lovely gift for someone who might not have the best track record with plants in general. It would look so cute sitting on a shelf or desk and would be a lovely little reminder of Valentines Day.

Cupid Box Date Night

I love these date night boxes and they would make the perfect gift for your partner this Valentine’s Day. Once you become a parent (which I tend to assume my readers are) it becomes so difficult to make time for each other and to get out the house for any sort of ‘date night’. These boxes enable you to still have that quality time together from the comfort of your own home, so there’s no excuses not to be romantic at least once a month!

Klean Kanteen

One of the things that I do love about this chilly time of year, is going out for a walk and warming back up again with a hot chocolate or coffee. The Klean Kanteen flasks and tumblers would be a great gift to give to your partner if going out for walks and hikes is your cup of tea (sorry, I couldn’t help myself). If you are an eco-friendly kind of couple then this also reduces your chance of picking up a takeaway cup and means you can be ready with your favourite drink whenever the moment takes you. This as a practical and useful gift with a romantic meaning behind it.

I hope there is something in there that inspires you! What are your Valentine’s plans, leave me a comment and let me know!

So – my giveaway!
In the spirit of Valentine’s Day and to show my love and appreciation for all of my readers and followers I have decided to giveaway two Baylis & Harding Sets, one for you and one for a friend. All you need to do is head over to Instagram and follow the instructions on the picture of the gift set!
